Notes
Afgekoeld met koperen spiraal tot 23C. Klimaatkast op 20-21C ingesteld.
Ik noemde het biertje voor ons hopfeest 'Saaz Dodo'.
Iets te zwak gebrouwen en misschien wat te bitter. Ik had ook geen cara maar heb maar wat aroma voor vervangen.
De 40 liter opgesplits in een mandfles met S05 en een met S04.
De S04 kwam na 36 uur uit de mandfles zo'n sterke vergisting dat ie had.
