Taste Notes: Nog wat diacetyl aroma dat niet verdwijnt. Hij is toch ook weer niet slecht hoor. Ik schat op 66/100 maar op ONK 2010 was het 82/100.

Notes

Onzeker wat voor bitter hop NB hoeveelheid is toegevoegd en hoe lang? 50 gram op 60 minuten is gegokt.
Vergist in 2 mandflessen in klimaatkast.
8 nov 18; 9 17; 10 13; 23 13 was de dichtheid pas 1.040.
10 dec was de dichtheid 1.023 en is ie de secondairy fermentor ingegaan.
FG 1.015 op 25 jan. Op 31 jan gebotteld en op 25 C nu 1 a 2 weken in klimaatkast.
Voor het eerst gebotteld naar 2L Grolsch beugel en ook naar 11 flessen van Achoeffe en ook 3 van Brasserie Distillerie du Mont Blanc nog meegebracht uit Camping in Frankrijk.
