Notes

First runnings 1.066. Geen problemen met dichtslippen gehad, geweldig, niet verwacht.
Randy Mosher's recept (wit guy white ale). Tinctuur gemaakt van 200ml alcohol ( 97%), 4 schillen sinaasappels, 28 g crushed coriander.
10 minuten voor einde kook nog de kamille bloemjes erbij gelijk de ierse mos.
Gepitched bij 28C en al een tijdje belucht (van 35C ofzo).
Gist was van mfg 11may09. Slechts 20 dagen weg van het lab in de VS. Geen starter gemaakt zoals normaal.
Bubbel per minuut na 9 uur. Bubbel per 2 seconde na 11 uur.
