Notes

2.2 l. starter gemaakt van malt extract (geschat 300 maar kan ook 500g geweest zijn). Goed aan het gisten na een nacht.
Geen waterbehandeling gedaan want zwart bier dus genoeg zuur in graan.
Plan; Na 30 vorlaufen en spoelen maar dan is alles bij elkaar toch wel gemiddeld 60' versuikerd.
Versuikeren eerste 20-30 min slechts op 65 C.
Eerste run off brix 25.3; 1.105 sg.
Na 30 min reading 16.4 B 1.065 sg. Dit is na ca 25 l run off.
