Notes

6 flessen 1.5 l spa voor mash in. Totaal hadden we 25 l met Schijndels water aangemaakt.
18 flessen 1.5 l spa voor sparge, totaal 39 l aangemaakt.
ph of mash after 15 min. 5.5.
ph van lautering op 2/3 van spoelen 6.2, zelfde monster is 9.0 Brix: 1.035.
FG 1.018, final pH 4.6.

Laatste brix meeting is ca. 4 Brix: 1.024
Meteen met het koken begonnen met meekoken van de overgebleven dry hops. Waren door een zeef gefilterd het filtraat is gebruikt voor een starter van 3 liter.
Vergisting is in de kelder bij 22 graden extern. Vergisting was al begonnen meteen na de 2 uur beluchten.
