Notes

Rated in Franco Belgian Challenge Cup organized by MHTG 11/11/2006 (start of Mardigras) as my/our first beer. Main problem was the entry in the wrong category 16E (special) without clone info or intentions as required. Other major flaw is the grainy/astringent/medicinal quality I'm sure is from the water profile with the excess bicarbonates.

Fermentation started within 13 hrs.

Sanitized with BTF (Iodopher).
