Taste Notes: At botteling: clear orange aroma and already well balance. Tasted at 11C. Good amount of coriander and orange. Well fermented.
After bottle conditioning: orange flavor diminishing as expected but still well enough present. Finished drinking batch on 14

Oats but not the unmalted milled wheat was mashed to a ligth cook and held there for about 2 minutes.
Sparge got stuck once with a big gummy layer. Second set was flawless.
Batch size is taken from volume that gets into fermentor.
Finished bottle conditioning after 2 weeks at 3.58 bar at 25C see Tcontrol. This would be 3.6 volumes/volumes.
